The van benefits from a front and side deck area and a large secluded grass and patio area to the side.

It is with deep regret that I have to inform
You that Sarah’s Holiday Home to Rent is no longer available
Thank you to everyone that has booked with us and have made some wonderful memories whilst holidaying in our caravan but the time has come for us to say goodbye
We have sold the caravan which was a hard decision to make but health and family come first

Decking to the front with seating and side, patio area with seating grassed area and parking for 1 car there is overflow parking close by.
Main Bedroom has en suite, Double Bed , cupboard space, 24inch tv, hairdryer,usb points and light above the bed as well as main lighting.
2nd bedroom twin beds plus a lamp and usb points, cupboard space.
3rd Bedroom twin beds, cupboard space, usb points and lighting above the beds.
Main Bathroom with shower
Hallway
Living room has 50’’ Smart Tv, blue ray/dvd, Bluetooth speaker, usb points,WiFi, and Alexa and electric fire. There are assorted DVD’s, Blu ray, books and games
Kitchen has full sized fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, all essentials for the kitchen including tea towels and hand towels. Soap,washing up liquid. Tea, coffee and sugar.
Dining room has 6 chairs but 2 are stored under the bed in twin room 3
Place mats supplied for main table and coffee table.
All Bedding and Towels are included. ( Towels are for caravan use only)

One high chair free standing
one fan one for main bedroom or lounge
