During this private chauffeur-guided tour, Sri Lanka unfolds at two very different speeds. It begins with four nights at Uga Ulagalla, using the cultural triangle as a base for climbing Sigiriya, tracking elephants by jeep through Minneriya National Park, kayaking among more elephants at Kalawewa, and exploring the ancient ruins of Anuradhapura itself, once the seat of the island's first royal capital. From there, the pace drops entirely for three full days on the beach. Pasikuda's calm, shallow waters offer a stretch of coast built for doing absolutely nothing. A last night in Negombo eases you back towards the airport without ending the trip in a rush. The trip is ideal for couples or families who want real cultural depth and proper wildlife encounters, without giving up their beach time.

Four nights at Uga Ulagalla give you a single, unhurried base from which to explore the whole of the Cultural Triangle. The water here is shallow and warm for a long way out, so mornings are for slow swims and afternoons for doing very little at all. Coconut palms line the sand, quiet lagoons sit just behind it, and the days come with no fixed plan beyond choosing when to move from the beach to the pool and back again.
