Comrade 2024. An incredible experience. A truly international event. I felt I lived a week in the one day I raced. So many wonderful people met and Comrades brothers are family now.

I managed to reach my target of a sub 9 hour race to get the Bill Rowan medal. The smallest medal I own but with the most meaning.

Thank you to for my nutrition. If only you could stock salted potatoes 🤷🏻‍♂️ And thank you to the team of who also ran and achieved their personal goals.

⭐️ Corporate Day Out ⭐️

A wonderful day out with Blue Sky Financial Planning Ltd.

took them on a 10 mile tour of some of the best spots on the Purbecks. We visited Chapman’s Pool for fossil hunting, St Aldhelm’s Head for some history and some of the disused quarry caves.

A thoroughly enthusiastic group who I’d love to have again in the future.

The South Downs Way 50 was just a brilliant day.

I was very happy with 09:12 and 80th/400.

A stunning bit of England mixed with probably the best aid stations I’ve experienced.

Definitely worth a go if you ever fancy a 50.

If you come across a permissive path, check if there is any information specific to that path on the signpost itself. It will share any restrictions times of year or those other than walkers like cyclists.
