The DEN The Den is the Local Gym for Local People bringing the people of Winsford together. THE DEN IS A MIXED MARTIAL ARTS AND FITNESS FACILITY.

Offering Karate, Boxing, Sports Coaching, Clubbercise, Boxercise and PT Sessions WE OFFER SEVERAL STYLES OF MARTIAL ARTS AND FIGHT TRAINING, ALONG WITH FITNESS SESSIONS, LADIES ONLY SESSIONS AND AGILITY SESSIONS FOR THE VERY YOUNG. Where has the summer gone!! 1st September already!!

We at the The Den have been working hard all over summer and the fun doesn't stop now!!

We have a very diverse and exciting range of sports for everyone ages 4yrs upwards!! In fact one of our oldest members is 71yrs old!!

Head to Head Muay Thai and Fitness

Geoff is a professional registered coach and gives his time up to coach amateurs, professionals, local boxing enthusiasts or just people looking to get fit and learn a new sport.

Geoff is assistant coach and manager of Professional Boxer Mae Astbury an up and coming undefeated and very talented young lady in the world of boxing.

🌞We had a great day out at the Winsford Water Festival this afternoon on Marina Island 🌊

💥🥊 It gave some of our team a chance to show off some of their techniques and a great chance to show what our gym can offer

◼️Our Black Belt Muay Thai coach, Craig has been coaching and competing in Muay Thai for over 1️⃣6️⃣ years.

🧒🏻👧🏽 We offer Muay Thai classes for Kids 6+ and Adults of all experience levels.

🐅 Head To Head Muay Thai operates out of The Den Martial Arts Academy which is situated on Winsford Town centre, above Mid Cheshire Mind, our door is below the Clock Tower 🥋

Followed by some raft building and splashing about in the River Weaver 😱

Good Morning Everyone!!

Today The Den coaches and students from Shinzoku Ryu Karate and Head 2 Head Muay Thai and Fitness will be heading down to the Marina to take part in Winsford Water Festival.

We will be demonstrating our Karate and Muay Thai skills at 12.15pm please come along see what we get up to!!

Coaches will be there to talk to you about any of our classes

It will be a fantastic day for the whole of Winsford!!
