With 5 beautiful bedrooms to choose from 3KS (or 2 KS & 1 twin), and 1 bunk room plus a pretty, quiet double on ground floor. 2 luxury bathrooms (1 on ground floor), marketed for 2-8 guests (ask for up to 2 more) plus 2 travel cots and 3 well behaved dogs can stay for free (ask for more if small breeds).

Lovely bright sitting room with cosy log burner, SMART TVs throughout with free Netflix. Prime etc, a stunning large luxury open plan kitchen/dining/family room, fantastic for big meals, playing games or just chatting over drinks. It is the absolute hub of the cottage.

S/FAST BT WiFi. Secure sunny garden with dining, gas bbq and free on street parking.

Beautifully furnished, decorated and extremely well equipped for adults, children, babies and pooches.

Just a 5 minute walk (or less) to our glorious (ALL dog friendly) - beach, dunes (AONB), fab pub, tea room/post office and beach cafe plus a great chippy and corner shop.

To all my past and future guests and friends, please take a look at ‘Gail’s Seaside Bakes’ FB & Insta page now that she has well and truly established her fab business once again, after moving from Luton to Winterton 2 years ago.

Gail has been very successfully making and selling delicious cakes, bakes and pastries by recommendation, word of mouth 😋 and her excellent reputation (and lots of nagging - oops encouragement obvs 🫢) from her many friends and her family 🥰

Please take a look at her page and I personally will also be emailing out her link in advance of my guests stays and many celebrations at our cottage, along with their holiday information.

I will also keep a copy of Gail’s promotional leaflet in Dunes Cottage Winterton on Sea too.

This looks lovely, lots of street food fayres and evening music events being held today and over the summer at Ormesby Manor. I’m going to the Italian Street Food Fayre this afternoon which is only a 10-15 minute drive from wonderful Dunes Cottage Winterton on Sea so will feedback how good it is later. 🇮🇹🍝🍹🍕☕️🍨🌞😎🥰. How lucky are we to have so much to do right on our doorstep 🥰 x
