It’s the date we’ve all been waiting for 😊

On Thursday 15th October, the doors to Greyhound Cromford will open once again.

After months of planning, careful restoration and plenty of anticipation, we simply cannot wait to welcome you in.

Come along from 5pm to see what we’ve been creating, meet the team, and celebrate the start of an exciting new chapter for our wonderful community.

See you soon! 🎉

IMPORTANT INFO | As it's our first fireworks finale night of the season at this Saturday's *s o l d - o u t* Illuminations, we will be offering a park & ride service from Cromford Meadows (DE4 3RQ).

In addition to the fact we're at capacity (no tickets at the gate), the fireworks attract lots of visitors to Matlock Bath to enjoy the display from other parts of the village, which is why we offer the park & ride service, as local car parks will be heaving.

Operated by the fabulous Andrews of Tideswell, the service takes the hassle out of your Illuminations visit and will run from around 4pm to 10pm on our firework nights only - every Saturday in October and the final Sunday 1st November. The buses drop off near the Illuminations entrance, so are better suited to visitors with mobility issues.

Park & ride prices for 2026 are the same as they were in 2025: £2.00 (return) per adult, £1.00 for children and under 5s are free. The buses are fully accessible and well behaved dogs are welcome.

There is *no* parking charge at Cromford Meadows on top of the park & ride fee. And please note this service gets great reviews! 👍

Remember too that there's an hourly train service to Matlock Bath from Nottingham and Derby. For all your public transport and local parking options, check our FAQs here 👇
