“The stables has been everything we wanted! My husband needed to work from home some of our week and what a lovely setting to do so! The WiFi has been good throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped which is a bonus for us as we like to cook at home in the evenings. Plenty of things to keep you busy! Lovely hot tub, games barn and the log burner in the winter months has been a pleasure. The added bonus of plenty of wood to keep us going. We have felt very away from the world and could happily stay longer. The bedding and soft furnishing are all of good quality making it a cosy stay. The local area is good. We visited the local pub/hotel for food, very welcoming, good distance from the fabulous beaches. The village shop is well stocked. Would definitely like to return. ”

We have a few weeks available in The Stables and The Old Byre leading up to Christmas. We do 3 or 4 night stays if its a short break you require . We are only an hour away from Edinburgh by road or train which has a fantastic Christmas market.
