There are two very nice pubs close by approx 2-3 miles away, and Hartland Village is 7 miles away with 4 popular pubs and the famous Hartland Quay a must visit. The lodge is perfectly situated in the corner on the site, very private, with a balcony over looking the woodland and countryside, popular for bird watching...look out for Woody the resident woodpecker, or listen out! The lodge sleeps 4 people with an option for any extra children to use the sofa bed in the lounge. Dogs are welcome, however due to the size of the lodge this is limited to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. The grounds are not enclosed so dogs will need to remain on leads when outside the lodge.
