Our clients had a fantastic team building afternoon yesterday Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde in Roskilde just outside of Copenhagen 🇩🇰 We had the perfect weather for some sailing on the fjord and some fun Viking games on the lawn ☀️

From Rome straight to Copenhagen to welcome 45 delegates to this beautiful city for a 4 day event 🇩🇰

✈️ Flights Co-ordinated from all over the world
🏨 Staying at the lovely Scandic Hotels
🥘Dinners at lots of different resturants including Soho House & Co
⛵️Viking ship and Viking games for a fun afternoon

Thank god the sun came out for this one, the last event we did with this client in Lisbon we had a storm for 5 days 🤦🏼‍♀️ You can manage most things, but the weather is always out of your control ☀️

Looking forward to working with this client as an extension of their team and delivering a successful event ✔️

Then I’m off the Venice for the next one….

Wow… 600 people, 5 hotels, 1 incredible weekend in Italy. We’ve really enjoyed working with these hotels over the past 6 months to bring this event to life in Rome.

We researched and sourced 5 excellent hotels for our group this weekend - each one so accommodating and friendly, it’s been a real pleasure working with them.

Thank you to my team Claire Zachar, Rebecca Mottram ✈️ and my right hand lady Natalie Wells for making this happen!!

Today we welcome 600 people to Rome 🇮🇹 we have a full operation this weekend managing flights, transfers and hotels for 600 people as they kick off a week long incentive trip with a party Villa Miani - Roma 🥂

✈️ We have a team at LHR seeing off everyone ensuring they all check in ok and that there are no issues
🧍🏼‍♂️ Meet and greet them in the airport in Rome
🚌 Transfer them all to hotels in the centre of Rome
🏨 Check them into hotels
🚌 Transfer them back out for their party tonight
🚢 Send them off on a 7 night cruise tomorrow

Let’s go!!

We loved our little summer soirée Coughton Court last night 🥂 introducing local businesses to the possibilities that the venue has for events. It was also a great excuse to invite other events businesses from the area to come along and connect, network and enjoy some drinks on a stunning summers evening.

Thank you Coughton Court for hosting us and we look forward to many more events!!

We were invited to speak today Cvent summer event in London about how we utilise the platform for our venue sourcing services.

Being able to send requests to multiple venues and hotels at the click of a button really has been a game changer for the business.

Great to catch up with everyone and experience MONOPOLY LIFESIZED - that was quite the evening!!!

After weeks of non-stop searching and negotiations, we have just contracted the The Landmark London for our clients conference in November!

We are so excited for this one (and the menu tasting 😬) It’s such a gorgeous property with some beautiful event spaces and bedrooms. Our clients from the USA are going to be blown away!

Last time we were this hot 🥵 Natalie was hiking up a volcano in Tenerife 😆 in hindsight she had lied about her activity level on the questionnaire before the event, and was put in the hiking group 😬 However, it was such a good team activity!! Thanks micebook ☄️
