When you book a trip, you probably picture the destination first; The beautiful scenery, the famous sights, the places you’ve always wanted to see... 🌎

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹.

It’s the coffee you stopped for that turned into an hour of conversation; the wrong turn that led you somewhere unexpected; the dinner where everyone laughed so much they forgot what they were talking about, or the quiet moment watching the sun go down, feeling glad you made the decision to go 🌇

Postcards from Europe: Friendships formed, memories made 💌

Think back to this summer. The long lunches that turned into even longer conversations. The group photo everyone squeezed into. The unexpected moments that became the stories you’re still telling months later.

Across Europe, our Solos guests have spent the summer discovering beautiful places, trying new things and sharing experiences with people who, just days earlier, were complete strangers.

There were cobbled streets to wander, coastlines to explore, local dishes to try and sunsets worth stopping for. Saturday was World Mental Health Day, and this year’s theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change”, is a gentle reminder of how much it matters to listen to one another.

We hear from guests all the time about what their Solos trips have meant to them: newfound confidence, plenty of laughter, friendships made along the way, or simply a welcome break from everyday life.

As one guest put it, it was “one of my best trips ever.” 💙

Sometimes one person’s story says more than anything else.
