This cosy Cottage with log burner and central heating is available for holidays and short breaks. Built around 1866 the Bell Ringers cottage sits yards away form the Offa's Dyke path and a host of scenic walks. It is 5mins a way from Coed Llandegla Forrest where there are walking routes and bird hides to watch the Black Grouse. Coed Llandegla is also a popular destination for mountain bike enthusiasts with blue, red and black trials, Oneplanet adventure Mtb centre with cafe and bike shop.

The return of a classic!

Our Classic Transport Weekend will be held over the 5th and 6th July 2025.

This legendary LR event is not to be missed! A massive vehicle rally of motorcycles, cars, trucks, tractors and is held on the field behind Glyndyfrdwy station, which is transformed from a quiet village station into the busy centre of the railway for the weekend. See anything from a Rover 200 to a Bristol VR via an AEC Matador!

And of course the railway operates an intensive timetable of steam, diesel and heritage railcars to get you to "Glyn".

You can also race the trains, with a free vintage bus service for ticket holders operating between Glyndyfrdwy and Corwen every 30 minutes from 10am till 5pm on both days.

Porters Bar and the station cafe at Glyndyfrdwy are open all weekend along with our cafes at Llangollen, Berwyn and Corwen.
