Great location 5 minutes to the centre of town and the shambles. High end modern studio with everything you may need for a short stay. Bed and sofa were very comfy, bathroom and kitchen with all mod cons. Daisy was friendly and helpful, very responsive and provided manuals and check in guide immediately after booking. We will definitely stay here again when we visit York in future.

To ensure you feel confident about your stay, we wanted to outline our current approach to keeping you safe.

-We have relaxed our cancellation policy to give you flexibility and peace of mind.

-Our check-in procedure is automated so that you can let yourself in to the property without assistance.

-Our cleaners are going above and beyond all necessary cleaning procedures, using hotel quality antibacterial products and also a Virucudial cleaner on areas such a door handles, light switches and handrails.

-Our linen is professionally laundered.

-We are removing non-essential soft furnishings to ensure the continued health of our guests.

-Please note we may not be able to offer early check-in at the moment due to the property having deeps cleans between bookings.

We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with Government guidelines on gatherings in self-catering accommodation. In making a booking, you agree to adhere to the relevant guidance during your stay.

ABOUT THE QUALITY SUITE:

Welcome to the Quality Suite, named after its cocoa mill history this apartment has been newly converted and finished to a very high standard.

It has everything you need for a comfortably and luxurious stay.

Complete with modern kitchen with all the essentials you need but also with the opportunity to enjoy all York has to offer with its fabulous bars, restaurants and cafes just a couple of minutes walk away.

The beauty of this apartment is its peaceful ambience but still city centre.

Located on the first floor (which can be accessed by lift or stairs) the city view and river Foss is framed by the original brick work, sympathetically restored from its warehouse past.

Enjoy soft, fluffy, hotel standard towels and toiletries in its brand new shower room.

The double bed can be lifted up into the wall and put away to gain maximum space and the sofa can be transformed into a double bed on request. This is an additional charge per night.

There is a Morden glass bar accompanied with plush leather bar stools to enjoy a drink.

On arrival you will feel right at home and have everything you need to reenergise from your journey with a good old Yorkshire tea or coffee and sit back and relax after a busy day sightseeing on the comfortable sofa.
