This week, I was contacted by a wonderful elderly couple who had no idea how to use the internet, no family nearby to help them, and limited mobility to visit a high street travel agent. All they wanted was a simple 3-night break by the coast.

Now, it wasnโ€™t a huge booking thatโ€™s going to set me up for retirement (๐Ÿ˜‚), but thatโ€™s not what itโ€™s all about for me. Yes, of course bookings help me pay my bills, but every trip matters โ€” especially when it means I can make a difference. ๐Ÿ’™
