Our sister site, Galtres Retreat and Lodge Park, is proudly hosting its first-ever event — the Pickering Vintage Rally — this Bank Holiday weekend, taking place on Saturday 24th, Sunday 25th, and Monday 26th of May.

‘A few photos from our recent visit to Allerthorpe Golf and Country Park with our friends 🤍
The park is very dog friendly and family friendly, we stayed in one of the gold lodges facing a beautiful pond full of ducks, ducklings and swans 🦢.
Our lodge was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and main bathroom, big open plan living room/ kitchen area, and a nice decking with a hot tub.
The site is 15 minutes from York and has lots of nice places close by to visit with the dogs including some great walking spots and lovely country pubs, they also have a fantastic on- site restaurant if you plan to stay there.
A great place to visit if you have dogs and families 🐶 ‘ 📸 Rosiethesablecocker
