This charming cottage retains its original character, with exposed beams throughout. It enjoys a peaceful position and is surrounded by open farmland. Very comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated.

The cottage provides spacious accommodation with just one small internal step, making it ideal for those with limited mobility. Facilities are all on the ground floor and include; 2 bedrooms - 1 double & 1 twin; spacious lounge with separate dining area; fitted kitchen; and bathroom with bath and separate shower.

This cottage is situated in an area of Outstanding natural beauty and has superb views. Set in the Howardian and close to Castle Howard, featured in Brideshead Revisited, this is a perfect base from which to explore the Vale of York and the East Coast. There are plenty of excellent country walks throughout the area with North York Moors just a short drive away.

Ample parking available. Pets by arrangement please. This is a non smoking cottage.
