One-Day Fishing Tours
Fishing on the River Ktsya & Lake Khrami
(Trout, Varicornis, Carassius, Leuciscus cephalus fishing)
Lake: Tsalka
River: Ktsya
Location: Tsalka, 125 km from Tbilisi (2 hour by car)
The first destination „Dashbash Canyon“(https://apa.gov.ge/en/protected-areas/Naturalmonument/dashbashis-kanionis-bunebis-dzegli/
kanionis-bunebis-dzegli). To see the canyon and waterfall, there need to walk total 4 km. We will not
fish there; we will simply see a beautiful landscape and take memorable photos.
The second stop is located about 20 km from first stop - the Ktsya River in Tsalka Municipality
(1500m above sea level). There we will be fishing on Trout and Leuciscus cephalus (if the river
would not be very muddy).
After midday we go fishing on a lake Khrami (5 km from the river) where you can catch Varicornis,
Carassius.

Fishing period: Fishing is possible from May to September
Tour price: 190 USD (per person), 260 USD (group of 2), 70 USD for every addition person.
Price includes all equipment, transport, food, services of a professional English/Russian/German
speaking guide.
Fishing method: Bottom fishing, Feeder, Spinning
Place of the beginning and end of the tour: Hotel / Apartments in Tbilisi.
Start of the tour: 5 am
End of the tour: Late evening
Equipment for you: Two feeder and one spinning rods fully equipped, picnic chair, umbrella,
rain cover, lantern.
Menu: Khachapuri (Georgian nation dish), cheese, cucumber, tomato, water, carbonated mineral
water, coffee/tee, pickled vegetables, barbecue, we can also fry fish.
Clothes: Do not forget the hat and sunglasses.
