Join us as we tour the Volta Region!!

Over here, we’ll explore one of the highest points in Ghana- Mount Gemi, the refreshing Ote Waterfalls & Canopy walk, as well as the Tafi Monkey Sanctuary. We should learn about Amedzofe, it’s dramatic climatic range, and the fascinating Mount Gemi. We’ll also get to learn about the whole rational of a monkey sanctuary in the heart of the Volta Region and how it that resonates with their culture, and then, climax the fun at the Ote waterfalls & canopy walkway. Well, we went to court with our learned colleague today. was kind enough to drive us to Akuapim Mampong in her off-road Suzuki vehicle. Our day would have been incomplete without stopping by at the iconic Tetteh Quarshie’s cocoa farm. Watch this space for more of such impromptu visits!

Lockdown blues had literally taken a toll on travelers so a couple of my friends and I decided to drive down to , a coded location in Anyanui, a town located in the keta- Anloga municipality. We started our journey from . It took us about 1 hr, 30mins to get to , where we had our first stop over for a bite. We continued our journey till we got to then we pulled over to shop for our trip. The drive from to took barely 45 minutes or more then we got to the lake where we had to park our vehicle. We unpacked our stuff from the car and joined the canoe from the lake to , which is just a 15 minute boat ride away. What happened during the rest of our stay is our to share someday coz its history. The rule is; ‘whatever happens at stays in @ South Tongu District
