For a long time, Samuel L. Jackson didn't know exactly where his family came from. Like a lot of people whose ancestors were taken during the slave trade, the trail just stopped.

Then DNA and genealogy testing traced him to the Benga people of Gabon. When he arrived, they welcomed him home as a long lost son.
