Another wonderful day with Happy Boy Tours!

Today I had the pleasure of guiding two lovely sisters on a beautiful trip to Lamin Lodge. We started by learning about the traditional use of oyster shells on the land, which is an interesting and important part of the local culture.

After that, we enjoyed a peaceful boat trip through the mangroves to a small village called Daranka. There we visited the famous Elephant Tree (Cotton Tree) and also stopped by the ladies’ garden, where local women grow vegetables for their families and community.

Later, we returned by boat to Lamin Lodge, where they enjoyed a delicious lunch at the restaurant while overlooking the beautiful river and mangroves.

It was truly a pleasure spending the day with these wonderful sisters. They were always smiling and laughing, which made the trip even more special and made my work very easy. 😊

Another Wonderful Trip to Makasutu Cultural Forest 🌳

I had a beautiful and successful trip to Makasutu Cultural Forest with my lovely long-time guests. It was a very peaceful and enjoyable day.

We started with a relaxing boat trip, then climbed the tower to enjoy the amazing views of the surrounding area. After that, we went for a forest walk to feel the beauty of nature and learn about the importance of the trees and environment. We also visited the palm wine tap and learned about the local traditions.

🌞 Half-Day Adventure with Happy Boy’s Tours 🌍

Today, I had the pleasure of guiding two lovely ladies on a beautiful half day tour across The Gambia 🇬🇲
We started at the busy and colorful Serekunda Market, then visited the biggest fishing village in Tanji, where we experienced daily life and local culture. After driving around the village and meeting friendly locals, we ended our journey at the Brufut Health Center.

It was a sunny, amazing, and unforgettable day full of learning, culture and smiles 😊🌞

Today I had the pleasure of guiding a lovely woman on a special trip to a school in Brikama, where she visited a girl she is sponsoring. ❤️📚

Another amazing day with Happy Boy’s Tours.
Today I guided two lovely guests to Sita Joyhe (Baobab Island) in the peaceful village of Kuloro.

We enjoyed a one hour boat ride, spotting beautiful birds, a crocodile, mangroves and oysters along the way. Afterward we relaxed with a delicious lunch on the island and a short forest walk.

A perfect sunny day filled with nature, culture, and unforgettable memories. 😊

A Heartwarming Day at Kunta Kinteh Island 🇬🇲✨

Today’s trip to Kunta Kinteh Island with two lovely ladies was truly special. Not only did we explore the rich history and peaceful beauty of the island, but the ladies also brought books, pencils, and sweets for the village children. ❤️📚🍬

Seeing the smiles on the children’s faces made the day even more meaningful. Acts of kindness like this remind us how beautiful it is to share and support local communities.

A Lovely Day Out with an Old Friend.

Today I took a short trip with my old friend, just driving around Brikama and enjoying the day. We ended up heading towards South Gambia and made a quick stop at the Tanji Fishing Market. It was a beautiful experience busy, colourful, and full of life.

The weather was perfect too, with less sun and a cool breeze that made the day even more enjoyable. Moments like these remind me how amazing it is to explore The Gambia, even on simple drives. 🇬🇲✨
