We represented these clients in their UK Visa applications process last summer. Unfortunately, their applications were refused, citing multiple reasons. Upon review, we believed that the decisions were flawed. As a result, we proceeded to challenge the refusals through litigation. We are happy to share that the refusal decisions have been overturned.
