“Sea Breeze Villa”, with a private pool, is situated on the outskirts of Istron village, a 3-minute walk from the famous - blue flag awarded - Voulisma sandy beach and offers a fully equipped accommodation for 8 people, in a total living area of 195m2 “Sea Breeze Villa” started receiving guests from summer 2017, operating only for summer holidays, and up to now we have hosted 178 guests from 38 re
servations who have given us excellent reviews (*see below). For the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 we have been honoured with Review Awards2018 (with 10/10), (with 9.9/10), and (with 9.9/10), . However due to the challenging and terrible times we are experiencing due to COVID-19, we and our Guests are uncertain and waiting for traveling restrictions to be clarified. Our calendar for 2022 is open from May 28 to November 30

DESCRIPTION
Due to the inclination of the plot, Sea Breeze Villa offers magnificent unobstructed countryside and sea views and (as shown in the floor plans photos) comprises a:
• GROUND FLOOR: with a large living room with fireplace - indoor & outdoors dining area - a fully equipped kitchen with all domestic appliances - guest bathroom with toilet & sink - covered porch with sea view - the pool area - back yard - patio covered with pergola leading to the garden.
• FIRST FLOOR: with one master bedroom, with a double bed (160x200), with access to a large terrace with magnificent sea view – one bathroom (ensuite) with full sized bathtub - a 2nd bedroom with sea view, that has two single beds (90x200) that can be unified into one large double bed (180x200) & a sofa-bed (70x194) that can also be used as a bed for 1 person - a 2nd bathroom with shower.
• LOWER FLOOR: with a bedroom that has two single beds (90x200) that can be unified into one large double bed (180x200) - a 2nd living room, with a desk, a piano and a sofa-bed (90X200) that can also be used as a bed for 1 person - a bathroom with shower - laundry - a covered porch with access to the 2nd entrance of the house. 1. SEMI-FLEXIBLE – 42 days:
• Payment: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 10% of the total price any time after booking and a further 40% in the 42 days before arrival. The remaining 50% will be charged on arrival.
• Cancelation: The guest will be charged with 10% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and a further 40% of the total price if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged with the total price.
• Grace Period: No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking
2. NON-REFUNDABLE: (8% discount on the total price)
• Payment: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time after booking
• Cancelation: The guest will be charged with the total price if they cancel at any time after booking

HOUSE RULES
• Check-in from 15:00 to 00:00 / Check-out until 11:00
• There is a non-smoking policy inside the house.
• Pets are allowed upon request, no extra charges.

+ The owner, Lucia, couldn't have been more helpful. She was there to welcome us when we first arrived, despite it being well after midnight due to a delayed flight. Welcome pack included all the immediate necessities, plus beer, wine and a freshly baked cake! Beautiful sea view from the master bedroom balcony. Small supermarkets and bakeries within easy walking distance. Two beaches also very close by. Istron very quiet, but small number of decent restaurants, all relatively inexpensive. Echoing what a few of the other reviewers have said it is as nice as the photos suggest!

Beautifully situated near the beach in a small village. Quiet place with private pool. Perfect for holiday with teenagers (WiFi, pool, beach, piano). Nice BBQ, different terraces and balconies, lots of privacy. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. Lucia is very friendly and takes good care of the property and her guests. Very recommendable villa.”

Stephen & Andreas (GB): First of all being greeted by Lucia with a basket of Greek foods and oils to try was a PERFECT hello. The property itself was absolutely incredible and the location was spot on! So many local restaurants to try and such a friendly place to live! The rooms were fantastic and nothing beat having a bath at night and sitting out on our balcony looking at the clear sky full of stars. The pool was a good size and was great to have as sometimes beaches and hotels can be busy! Very private which we LOVE! The beach is probably about a 40 second walk across the street that also has water sports, cocktails, food and more! I cannot continue to tell anyone how amazing this holiday was for me! I have never felt more welcomed and I will DEFINITELY be coming back! Lucia is a great host and was constantly giving me places to try and visit! The house is a great size! It was also extremely nice to have a little sing song with the piano downstairs! I am so sad the holiday is over but I know that we will for sure be back! Villa Seabreeze is GORGEOUS! The highlight is to just cross the street to access one of the nicest beaches on Crete with turquoise water. Everything was perfect.
