Our olive trees in The Blue Olive villa , are over than 200 years old , deeply rooted in this beautiful land and nourished by the Aegean sun.
Every year , we have a small production of organic extra virgin olive oil , with respect for the nature and tradition.
As a welcome gift, each of our guests has the chance to taste this golden treasure - a true expression of our history and the unique gifts of our land.
