Today’s underwater cleanup took us to the crystal-clear waters around Nikouria 🐠🌊

There’s something magical about diving not just for fun, but to take care of the sea we love. Every time we clean up the seabed, we feel more connected to our island 💙

Most people don’t get to see what’s hiding under the surface—but divers do. And even though we collect trash every month, we’re proud to say that the underwater world of Amorgos—blessed with some of the best visibility in the world—remains one of the cleanest we’ve ever seen 🌍✨

Let’s keep it that way.

Today is World Turtle Day !! 🐢🐢

Here in Amorgos, we’re lucky to share our waters with a healthy population of sea turtles — graceful, ancient creatures that play a vital role in marine ecosystems.

They glide silently beneath the surface, reminding us how important it is to protect what we love. From nesting beaches to feeding grounds, their survival depends on our awareness and respect.

Whether you’re diving, snorkeling, or simply enjoying the sea — please remember: the ocean is their home too. Let’s protect it, for them and for all of us.
