Apágkio is a complex of 5 Suites and located in Stegna Beach of Archangelos Village (Rhodes island) just only 10 meters from the beach! All of them are decorated with different spirit and have the same amazing sea view! On the ground floor there are 2 apartments, 1 apartment for 3 people and 1 apartment for 4 people. On the 1st floor there are 2 apartments ,1 for 2 people and 1 for 3 people.Also f

or babies we can offer you baby cot. To the second floor located the Family Suite. It provides all the basic facilities for a perfect accommodation. Facilities include free Wi-Fi 300-350 Mbps, a bbq place in the teracce at ground floor, kitchen and oven with all the needs in R1 Aegean Family Suite and in R5 Pontoria Family Suite, air-condition, Tv sat and smart tv, laundry service (extra rate) baby-cot and housekeeping services daily. Stegna Beach has clear waters and it is the perfect place to relax, as it is peaceful, quiet and unspoilt with amazing views. Early in the morning you can enjoy an amazing sunrise, which is truly breathtaking.There are sea sports,sea-food restaurants and taverns, super markets, rent a cars, fishing trips, cafe and coctail-bars, brunch and you may rent a boat to visit the other beaches close to Stegna beach. Archangelos is one of the largest villages in Rhodes. and is located 30 kilometers from Rhodes Town and 15 Kilometers from Lindos. It is 30 minutes away from the Diagoras airport. From Stegna it is easy to visit other places as there is a line bus (which is orange and yellow) everyday, which takes you into Rhodes Town and the whole island. R1 Aegean Family Suite 60 s.m. some words about our new logo and name. A shelter (or apangeion) mainly means a place that is protected from the winds, that is, a leeward place. It is also used metaphorically to indicate a shelter, protection, or a sense of security.

Main Meaning & Usage:
* Shelter: A point (harbor, araxovolio) where there is no wind, protecting from bad weather. * Metaphorically (Shelter): A place or situation that offers calm and protection from difficulties (e.g. “he found a shelter in his arms”).
The word comes from “apo (from)” + “angos” (valley) and is usually written as “apangeion”, although “apangeion” is common in colloquial speech.

About our logo is inspired from the traditional keramic art of Archangelos. The deer is the symbol of Rhodes par excellence, with deep roots in the history and mythology of the island. Its main symbolisms are:
Symbol of Rhodes:
The statues of the deer (male “Elafos” and female “Elafina”) are located at the entrance to the harbor, in Mandraki, where it is believed that the Colossus of Rhodes was located, constituting the trademark of the island.
Freedom from reptiles (Mythology): According to tradition, the island was formerly full of snakes. The inhabitants brought deer, which with their hooves killed the snakes, cleaning the island.
Protection and Kindness: The deer symbolizes kindness, freedom and the protection of the island’s natural environment.
Historical Identity: It is part of the modern history of Rhodes, as the statues were placed during the Italian occupation, connecting ancient tradition with the modern image of the island.
