Voor de groepsreizen die wij uitvoeren voor één van de grootste tour operators van Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar Nederlandse of Nederlandssprekende reisleiders voor lichte wandelreizen in Griekenland. Echte helden, met veel reiservaring, een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een sportieve inslag. Je kunt gelijk aan de slag!

Tijdens de wandelreis ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze reizigers. Je vindt het leuk om voor groepen te staan en je kennis te delen. Een probleem zie je als een uitdaging en los je op.

TRAVEL ASSISTANT – JUNIOR (full time)
The job of the junior travel assistant is to provide all kinds of assistance to the senior travel assistant of S-Cape Countryside Travel Greece.
Tasks of the travel assistant are to arrange bookings of accommodations and other services for individual travellers and prepare their travel documents. Additionally the travel assistant will check invoices from service providers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Make bookings for packaged trips and possible optional services for FIT (accommodation, transfer, car rental, ferry, additional services). Tracking and tracing of the booking process.
- Prepare welcome letters and envelopes for FIT arrivals according the necessary workflow of each tour operator
- Answer phone calls, mainly from service providers.
- Updating of price catalogues
- Check the charges of invoices from service providers before these are handled by the accountant
- Prepare the post for handling

Skills and Specifications
- Good time management and interpersonal skills
- Work accurate
- Customer friendly
- Ability to be part of a small enterprise with a wide range of activities
- Ability to work independent in an organization where employees also work from different remote work stations

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree in Travel & Tourism
- Excellent language skills at least of English (preferably native) and Greek (basic). A third language is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of a back office system for the tourism sector. Knowledge of DaVinci is an added advantage.
- Prior working knowledge and experience in the same domain is an added advantage.

PART-TIME EMPLOYEE (32 hrs/week) - accountancy

Job Description
The vacancy of the accountant employee is at S-Cape Countryside Travel, incoming agent based in the centre of Athens with a total number of 4 employees.
Tasks of the accountant assistant are to manage all incoming and outgoing invoices of the office, cross-check invoices from service providers, prepare balance lists and issue invoices towards clients and follow-up.
The accountant assistant has contact with a professional accountant on a weekly basis.

Desired Skills & Experiences:
• Work very accurate
• Knowledge of basic accounting
• Ability to work independent in an organization where employees also work from different remote work stations
• Prior working experience in the same domain is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Greek accountancy program Epsilon is a preference
• Excellent language skills at least of Greek (good) and English (good). An international back ground is an added advantage.
