All this only 2:15 hours from Athens and El Venizelos Int’l Airport, for guaranteed quiet holidays. From the port of Lavrio, 75 minutes to Kea by ferry and 25 minutes drive to the houses

Next to the cosmopolitan Koundouros -far though from the noise and crowds- and close to the authentic Peesses village with an organized beach, shopping and restaurants

It concerns an independent, autonomous, whole villa with 2 independent apartments, one per floor, 110 + 90 sq m, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (max 9 people), 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, huge verandas with pergolas with sea view, garden, 40 meters from the beach!

It is offered fully furnished, with many modern amenities, with sheets and towels but no cleaning services. Water, electricity are the responsibility of the tenant. A damage guarantee is required. Events by permission only.
