Achtypis Tours also operates other brands, including megacharters.com, delivering small and medium cruise ship charters.

Timings
4-6 hrs morning hours Monday-Friday (remote working some days per month)*

Role Description
This is a contract, on-site*located in Marousi(remote working some days per month)* for Executive Assistant's role . The Executive Assistant will support executive with day-to-day administrative tasks including handling correspondence (mostly in English), managing the archive, office organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of administrative duties and contribute to organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Fluency in both Greek and English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable (additional languages appreciated)
• Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to efficiently support daily operations
• Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports and handling related tasks
• Communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in office tools, scheduling software, and document management systems
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage
