Created for Fileaders, this five-day incentive journey invited participants to experience through a thoughtfully designed route, where every stop revealed a different side of the destination.

From the colourful streets of Bergen and the charm of Flåm to a cruise through the Norwegian fjords and the city of Trondheim, each destination added a new perspective, turning every stop into an essential part of the experience.

Some countries aren't meant to be discovered all at once.

They are meant to be experienced one stop at a time.

Every achievement has a story behind it.

Months of dedication, consistency and determination led 150 Allianz Greece qualifiers to Madrid, where five days of discovery, celebration and well-deserved recognition marked an important milestone in their journey.

From the vibrant streets of the Spanish capital and the timeless city of Toledo to an elegant evening awards ceremony at the historic Teatro Real, every moment celebrated the people, the effort and everything that had led them there.

It has been a while since our return from Bilbao, yet the Basque Country remains very much on our minds.

The incentive journey we designed for Fileaders offered the opportunity to discover the unique character of the region, from the historic streets of Gernika and Bilbao's Casco Viejo to the coastal beauty of San Sebastián and the iconic Guggenheim Museum.

A programme filled with culture, gastronomy, discovery and authentic local experiences across one of Spain's most distinctive destinations.

Some destinations leave an impression long after the journey ends.
