All roads lead to Rome.

From evening walks around Trevi Fountain and Barberini Square, to slow mornings and strolls through Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon and Piazza Navona, Rome has its own way of unfolding.

Lunches in lively piazzas, dinners that stretch into the night, and moments in between that bring people closer.

Together with Insurance, we experienced the city exactly like this, as part of an incentive journey designed to celebrate success, strengthen connections and reward the team.

Κάθε προορισμός αφηγείται μια διαφορετική ιστορία όταν σχεδιάζεται ως incentive ταξίδι.

Μέσα από τη μηνιαία μας στήλη «Στα μονοπάτια των νικητών» στην Ασφαλιστική Αγορά, μοιραζόμαστε προορισμούς που μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν ουσιαστικά ως ταξίδια κινήτρων, εμπειρίες που φέρνουν τους ανθρώπους πιο κοντά και δίνουν χώρο στις ομάδες να συνδεθούν ουσιαστικά, έξω από το καθημερινό τους περιβάλλον.

Αυτόν τον μήνα, ταξιδεύουμε στην Καππαδοκία και αναδεικνύουμε γιατί αποτελεί μια ολοκληρωμένη επιλογή για incentive ταξίδια.

Sunrise balloon flights above the valleys of Cappadocia are the kind of experience that stays with you long after the journey ends.

We have just returned from an unforgettable incentive trip DIN Agents, exploring one of the most extraordinary landscapes in the world.

Over the course of a few days, the group discovered the unique character of the region, from the fairy chimneys and volcanic valleys of Göreme to traditional villages like Avanos and Mustafapaşa, where history, culture and local craftsmanship are still part of everyday life.

The journey also led us deep underground to the remarkable city of Derinkuyu, through the breathtaking nature of the Ihlara Valley and to historic churches carved directly into the rock.

Between explorations, there was time to slow down, share meals, enjoy the scenery and take in the magic of Cappadocia together.

Because the most meaningful incentive journeys are not only about where you go, but about the experiences that bring people closer together along the way.

Last Friday in Thessaloniki, Bliss had the pleasure of supporting an educational seminar organised by Novagreen, with the participation of BASF, bringing together professionals for a day dedicated to knowledge, exchange and practical insight.

Our focus was on creating a structured, welcoming environment where conversation could flow naturally and learning could take centre stage - from the venue setup and guest flow to on-site coordination throughout the event.

It’s always rewarding to help shape spaces where expertise, collaboration and meaningful connection can happen.
