I was super lucky to spend four days in Athens with my company and 60 fabulous individuals! Does Athens 🇬🇷 have it all? On arrival into the city I felt particularly overwhelmed by the large high buildings and noises often associated to a city. However, having explored over the course of four days we found: small and quaint streets reminiscent of the islands, a beach trip just 35 minutes away, rooftop bar after roof rooftop bar with exceptional views of the acropolis, amongst the new generation buildings, incredible ruins preserved for all of us to learn from! I’d highly recommend doing a bike tour it was the perfect way to get a feel for the real Athens 🇬🇷 I would definitely go back on my own schedule to explore in a little more depth!

A wonderful two nights at the fabulous ! We were up in Scarborough for one of our best friends‘s wedding and it was spectacular! We decided to find our own accommodation due to having an voucher and The Shepherd’s Hut did not disappoint! Its own garden, cozy fairy lights, and even cozier bedroom space and a four minute walk to the wedding venue, meant it made for an ideal base. Our host could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. Our only regret as we didn’t stay for longer and get to explore some of the local countryside. The good news is that means there’s a great cause to go back!

My ‘reel’ 2022.

From feeling fine to feeling low
From having a good time, to not being able to go.
To my mind and body failing me
Needing help out of bed to go for wee
not being able to escape my mind,
not being able to have a good time
A battle I never prepared myself for, was being strong enough to get out the door .
I never thought it would happen,
but depression hit me, hard
My mind and body left brutally scarred.
So when your watching ‘2022 highlight reels’ remember that people don’t share all the ‘feels’. That trying to get back to ‘normal life’
Turns out to have so much grief and strife.
I’m getting there now. Don’t you worry
But yes 2022, I’m saying bye in a hurry.

Finally wearing my - The Positano Resort Dress & Head Scarf, the dress is mid range in price at £135, and I am wearing a size XL (I would say fits a size 18-20) very comfy and perfect for our hottest day of the year here in the UK! 🍋 ☀️

The best way to start a summers day! Lucky to have this beautiful spot on our doorstep, 5AM walk with the doggos so they get to play before the heat of the day! It was already 20C! 🐾
