Agios (meaning “saint”) was supposed to be the name, but it somehow ended up as **Agrios (meaning “wild”)** — and what a fitting name it turned out to be!

A fantastic butcher-style restaurant led by a chef who has been renowned for his grilling skills and unique style for years. Always wearing his headphones and listening to music while grilling, he brings his own rhythm and personality to the art of cooking over fire.

Everything was prepared with care, and the attention to detail truly made the difference. From the salads and appetizers to the beautifully grilled meats, every dish was delicious. An experience where quality ingredients, great technique, and a passion for grilling really shine through.
