xcept otherwise stated, cancelled seats/tickets without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale:
– Cancellations more than 48 hours before the services begin: Full refund will be received.
– Cancellations within 48 hours of the excursion: Non-refundable.
[Amendments]
San Stefano Travel does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received via email by our Customer Care team, or in person, more than two (2) days ahead of your confirmed travel date. Date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability, by our suppliers and/or service providers.
