Our "Lets Talk About Olive Oil" course ,after 1.5 year of preparation is ready!!!It's held at Biolea Astrikas Estate - an educational collaboration between Biolea Chloe Dimitriadis and Pamako Mountain Bio EVOO Eftihis Androulakis that analyzes anything and everything to do with olive oil. In an effort to meet the increasing demand and need for consumer awareness in olive oil quality, Lets Talk About Olive Oil seminar is an initiative started by two hands-on producers, Eftihis Androulakis and Chloe Dimitriadis exploring in depth the skills, secrets, and passion involved in creating a high quality olive oil.This collaboration has stemmed from the common passion of two young producers whose goal is to produce olive oil BEYOND “extra virgin” based on innovation through tradition.
