Visit them with us on our newest tour, The Boutique Olive Mill and Winery Tour. It runs Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. It includes a visit Biolea Olive Mill, the ancient olive tree, and Patriotis Winery. Book online!

Stop doomscrolling and look at these baby lambs! 🐑🐑🐑 We are so excited and proud to be working with our nephew Niko this year on our Wine, Olive Oil, Honey, AND Cheese tour 🍷🫒🍯🧀. From April through October Nikos will welcome us to his farm to milk sheep, play with baby lambs, and taste the delicious cheese he makes. The tour is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. A new winery has opened in Kolymbari and I've been waiting for a chance to take some guests to check it out. Luckily Melinda and Mark for up for something new. I was really impressed with . The wines were great, the hosts so gracious, and the property is so calm and peaceful. I'll find a way to incorporate them in our tours so be on the lookout.
