It is located just 1 minute from the sea, 3 minutes from bus stops, 2 minutes from a super market, 2 minutes from a bank, 2 minutes from a pharmacy, 2 minutes from car rental offices and travel agencies while cafes, bars and restaurants start from a minute walk.
It has a private parking lot 400 meters from the apartment.
The building is one of the first buildings in Hersonissos, from before tourism started in Hersonissos and was renovated just on 01/08/2025 to meet energy efficiency standards performance.
