Sea view apartment's in Annissaras Crete, Greece The hotel is perfectly positioned for short trips to everywhere on Crete.

This is a boutique, apartment style hotel built on the highest point of Annissaras area of Hersonissos, Crete, which is centrally located on the northern part of the island. Construction started in the mid 90’s with funds that were generated from the personal savings of the owner. Government grants were not used, thus the reason for the length of completion. The owner personally designed the hotel

with privacy, comfort, and relaxation in mind. Special attention was given to the grounds in order to show Greek flavors with natural Cretan stone, flowers, and herbs. All apartments have wonderful views of the sea from the front balcony and mountain views from the back balcony. All apartments are 28 sq meters and consist of a bedroom/ kitchenette combination , full bath, and large closet. The couch converts into a twin bed perfect for children. The pool area is perfect for summer fun. One large pool with hydro jets massages guests as well as provides cooling relief from the hot Cretan days. One smaller pool is perfect for the hotel’s little visitors. In addition to the small pool, children can enjoy the playground with sand box and various games throughout the day. Get to know other guests and the owner by the pool bar, which is covered in traditional Greek terra cotta, stone , marble, and statues. This along with the sea view provide a romantic scene and relaxation. The roof garden is fantastic in either the day or evening due to the 360-degree view. This is the best place in the area to enjoy coffee, breakfast, or evening drinks while taking in all the beauty of the blue sea, mountains, olive trees, and the city of Hersonissos. Guests can smell the air filled with jasmine, lemon buds, honeysuckle, and herbs. In addition to the in-room kitchenette, the restaurant on the roof garden is there for your breakfast needs and culinary experiences. The hotel staff is willing to teach you how to cook simple Cretan dishes that you can continue to make after your stay is over. Lose yourself in the awesome taste of our brick oven cuisine on Cretan nights along with barbeque and traditional Cretan dancing by the pool. These memories will last forever or, at least, until you make new ones with us next year.

When its was raining and windy, we make traditional spinach pies, and some other Cretan favorites! The snails were brought by our fantastic cleaning lady Claudia!
