Paxos and Antipaxos in one day.

What you get:
Full day boat trip from Corfu
Swimming stops in Antipaxos, where the water is the clearest in the Ionian
The sea caves and blue cliffs of the west coast of Paxos
Free time in Gaios for lunch and a walk around the port

The sea in September is warmer than it is in June.

Most people don't know this about Corfu. The water holds the heat all summer, so by September it's at its best. The beaches are quieter, the boats are less crowded, and the light in the afternoon is softer for photos.

If you're on the island this month, it's the right time to get out on the water and see the coastline from the sea side.

You can rent a car and see a lot of Corfu. You cannot see this.

The caves under Paleokastritsa, the water off Antipaxos, the small bays between the beaches with car parks, the cliffs from underneath instead of from above. All of it is a short trip from the port and none of it has a road.

If you have already done the drive around the island, this is the other half of it.
