At the heart of the home, you will find a bright and inviting living area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation, along with a fully equipped kitchen that provides everything needed for effortless everyday living or preparing shared meals.
Surrounding the house are large, airy verandas, where you can enjoy the gentle Corfiot breeze at any time of the day — from your morning coffee to peaceful evening moments.
Stepping outside, you are welcomed into a fully fenced private outdoor area, offering complete privacy and a true sense of exclusivity. The garden is lush, filled with flowers and greenery, creating a serene environment where you can truly unwind.
Within this peaceful setting, you will find a large double hammock for two, ideal for moments of relaxation, as well as a refreshing plunge pool with sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon, as this area is beautifully positioned to receive sunlight throughout the day.
Stepping out from the main entrance of the villa and heading to the right, within just a 5-minute walk, you will find a convenient mini market, along with a local spot where you can enjoy delicious traditional Greek souvlaki and pita.
A little further, approximately 10 minutes on foot, you will discover the Arion Riding Center, offering unique experiences such as horse riding by the sea and through the mountains, suitable for both adults and children.
Turning left as you exit the gate, within just 250 meters, you reach the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Spyridon. The beach is fully organized, offering sunbeds, umbrellas, and boat rentals, with a friendly and helpful team always available to assist you.
Right by the beach, you will also find a well-stocked mini market where you can purchase anything you may need — from daily essentials to beachwear and inflatables.
The area features two seaside restaurants, while just a bit further to the right you will discover a more secluded beach with a gourmet beachfront restaurant and bar, where you can enjoy dining right by the sea.
To the left of the beach lies the stunning Antinioti Lagoon, a protected natural landscape that becomes truly magical at sunset, when the sky reflects on the water in warm orange and golden hues.
