Explore the path of Bioporos and meet the farm’s trees and plants as well as those native to the lagoon. Enjoy a walk in a pure, unspoiled environment while you learn about organic farming and the sustainable management of a rural ecosystem.

The journey starts at the top of the hill where you will be taken back in time during a showcase of our tool collection from the pre-industrial period. While learning about the combination of organic and traditional farming in this unique Ionian ecosystem, you will be guided through our organic vegetable garden and our self-planted olive grove while heading into the wetlands of Korission Lagoon.
Discover this tranquil haven of wildlife with its unique flora & fauna as well as dozens of protected bird species and learn about the history of the Natura2000 protected area and its impact on the people of the region.

The farm tour will come to an end on our restaurant’s balcony with a tasting of our organic, extra virgin olive oil while enjoying the magical view.

Learn how simple it is to create your own organic cosmetic products in our cosmetics workshop.

We all care about what we eat, equally important for our body however are the products that we put on our skin. In this workshop, using traditional recipes and natural ingredients, you'll create your own organic beeswax cream, skin peeling and face mask.

The focus is learning how to easily make healthy and sustainable cosmetics at home while making use of environmentally friendly ingredients which can be found in your kitchen, in order to care for yourself and your loved ones.

Learn how to create a healthy, nutritious greek meal with simple, fresh ingredients in our cooking class.

You will get the opportunity to knead and bake your own bread while learning about the procedure of creating your own mother yeast. Using fresh organic produce from our garden and the olive oil from our farm, you will create a pie crust and the filling for a traditional Corfiot zucchini pie. We’ll also teach you how fast and simple it is to create your own homemade tzatziki and a greek salad, as a greek meal wouldn’t be complete without it!

You’ll experience how our traditional wood oven is lit & properly burned to the correct state for the food to go in. While the food bakes in the oven you will take a guided tour through our tool collection from the preindustrial period, our small organic seasonal garden, a walk through our olive grove to the magnificent shores of Korission Lagoon while being informed about practices and challenges of organic cultivation.

Finally, you will get to enjoy the delicious meal that we prepared together while taking in the stunning view of the untouched natural surroundings from our restaurant’s veranda.
