Monday 8th April marked the end of an era for Gary and myself as we handed the villa over to the new owners, Anne and Raphael.
We'd like to wish them all the very best for the future, continued success and many happy days in their new holiday home.
Anne and Raphael are going to continue with the business so for those of you who have booked their holiday, please don't worry.
Gary and myself are looking forward to new adventures and a new home in the UK and, of course, holidays to Arillas!
We would like to thank everyone who has 'liked' and who has followed Villa Theia's page over the past few years. Anne and Raphael will be making a few subtle changes to make the villa their own so please keep following to see their updates.
It been a good and memorable 12 years and certainly an experience!

We'd like to thank Pete, Karen,Roger, Steve and Dawn for making it possible and especially Jackie. You've all done a fantastic job.
