BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF CORFU

I started doing this tour cause I wanted to show my guests all the highlights of the island in a half day tour. Especially Bella Vista which is an area that many people who come to Corfu miss to visit cause they do not know about it.

We will start our tour by visiting the area of Paleokastritsa a famous tourist resort where we can either go on a boat trip to the small caves of the area or visit the monastery of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Then we will drive up the mountain through village Lakones which is where I was born and we will stop at the area of Bella Vista (beautiful view).

What my travellers enjoy most about this stop is eating Katerina's cakes in Golden Fox Café while enjoying the magnificent views. Before the end of our tour we will have a scenic drive through the centre of the Old Town and a quick stop to take photos.

CORFU OLD TOWN WALKING TOUR

This is a 1 and a half hours walking tour in the famous Old town. What my guests love about this tour, besides learning a lot about the island, they can also find their way in the city. They know where to go shopping or where they can find the best ice cream.
We are going to walk through the narrow alleys of the city and we will see some of the hidden "treasures" of Corfu.

We are going to stop at the popular Liston, an area where only nobles used to walk in the Venetian period. We will pass by Saint George and Archangel Michael's palace which was built by the British and is now housing the Asian art museum of Greece. We will stop outside the Old and the New Fortress. We will admire the three different types of architecture: Venetian, French, and British!

We will walk through the narrow alleys and see some other monuments like Saint Spyridon's church (patron Saint of the island), the City Hall, the Duomo and the area of Pinia.

Meeting point will be outside the Old Fortess or at an area convenient you.

Flat shoes are recommended.
