A Little Clarification… 😉

Apparently, our Google profile was so attractive that a competitor rent-a-car company decided to give it a little “makeover” — changing our company name and even adding their own website.

How sweet. We always knew our competition admired us, but we didn’t realise they wanted to be us. 😂

Unfortunately, some customers were misled by these changes and ended up booking with a different rental company. For that, we genuinely apologise. Not because of anything we did, but because you were given information that was not ours and not authorised by us.

We have now corrected our Google profile and are taking the necessary steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

To the people who were fooled by the changes: we’re sorry you didn’t get the Caroline’s Travelshop experience you were looking for. ❤️

And to our competitors: by all means, compete with us — better prices, better service, better cars, better smiles… But changing someone else’s identity is probably not the best business strategy. 😉

We’ll keep doing what we do best: renting cars, helping people discover Crete, and staying Caroline’s Travelshop. 🇬🇷☀️🚗
