✨ A Special Day on Board Cyma Sails ✨

Thierry Méchinaud, the highly acclaimed Chef de Cuisine of Pierre Gagnaire with 3 Michelin stars, joined us on our catamaran to enjoy the sailing experience.

His presence, together with our own Chef , who curated the menu in a special guest appearance, made this day truly exceptional.

We feel deeply grateful when such a renowned chef describes our menu as “magnifique”. A heartfelt thank you to Thierry Méchinaud for trusting us, and to Giorgos Chronakis, such an esteemed Greek chef, for his outstanding creation and meticulous curation of the menu.
It was an experience we will always remember.

A truly special day on board our catamaran!!!
We had the pleasure of welcoming singer theimposter from the band DEPECHE MODE, his wife, actress , their children, and close friends for a unique sailing experience to celebrate their daughter’s birthday!

We sincerely thank them for choosing us and for the wonderful energy they brought on board.
It was a true honor to be part of such a beautiful family moment!

Today we had the honor of welcoming — UFC fighter Ashley Yoder — aboard our catamaran for a private cruise around the Cretan sea! ⚓🌊

Ashley isn’t just a world-class athlete – she’s an inspiring woman with strength, discipline, and grace both in and out of the octagon. Known as “Spider Monkey” for her unique agility and ground game, she’s a true martial artist through and through.

🏆 She made UFC history by earning one of the most dominant scorecards ever given in a women’s bout (30–24) and has medaled at the IBJJF World Championships in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — a testament to her dedication and talent.
