NEW EXCURSION 2025!!!
ONE-DAY trip to MILOS ISLAND every Friday and Sunday from Rethymno!

The excursion will take place with a speedboat "SEA JETS", which will depart from Rethymno at 08.00 and from Milos 17.45 with a trip duration of 2 hours and 45 minutes, including a transfer from prefecture of Rethymno, Chania and Heraklion and excursion on Milos island.

The price is:
* 135 euros with transfer from Rethymno area
* 145 euros from Heraklion and Chania areas
* 130 euros without transfer

50% discount for children 3-11 years old.
The guided tour will take place in English-German-French and Polish languages.

It is a beautiful island with many alternations of images and at the same time very interesting. It has not only Cycladic character, fantastic beaches and beautiful fishing villages, but also many points of archaeological interest as well as a very intense mining activity. It was and remains this small volcanic island, the largest mining center for concrete, pumice and perlite in Europe and second in the world, but also formerly in the production of sulfur. There is even a mining museum in Adamas.
During the visit to the island you will get a taste of everything, visiting the famous Sarakiniko, the lunar landscape beach with the white rocks of solid pumice stone, the concrete mines with the impressive images of alternation of rocks and colors, which will surely impress, most of all, Pollonia, a classic Cycladic peaceful fishing village, with small boats next to the Sandy beautiful beach and taverns on the beach, serving fresh fish and local delicacies. Of course, there could not be a visit to the capital, Chora of the island Plaka, built amphitheatrically on the mountain with wonderful views, picturesque Cycladic alleys and tiny shops, from which due to a very short distance, you will be able to choose and visit the famous catacombs of the island, right next to where Aphrodite of Milos was found. In the end and depending on how the excursion will turn out you will have some time in Adamas, the port of the island, to explore there the beautiful alleys that lead to the church or the mining museum, before the departure of the ship.
