Do you really think that summer is so far away.. ?? Well.. we don't think so... Especially here in the Southern Part of Crete! When you come to our area do not forget you visit Agia Fotia Beach! This Beautiful Bay is located only 12 km east of Ierapetra town. The settlement takes its name after the local Church of Agia Fotini or Agia Fotia. The stream is hidden in beautiful plane trees, while the bay is surrounded by conglomerate cliffs that create a magic scenery.
The beach is very famous and popular to the residents of Ierapetra. It has coarse grayish sand and crystal clear calm water. It's well organized and there are, beach bars & taverns around. You can easily relax & find shade under the tamarisk trees of the beach...
