Occupying almost 70 million square feet, business centres house over 100,000 SME businesses, they provide 400,000 people with jobs and (were ) generating £2bn to the UK economy.

Their innovative profile is also the very seedcorn of the future economy ...but they are starting to fall like FLIES

WHY has Richie disqualified this ENTIRE VITAL sector from the minimum help of the 10k /25k small firms grants?

these guys CANT be on the biz rates register ....they pay ONLY make their contribution to rates through the rent they pay the business centre landlord ( or in burgeoning volume of cases DID pay !)

The business equivalent of the tragic care sector blunder ... so blindingly obvious and crucial it ......”just got missed “ ?!!
