Here at Villa Koukouvayia Farms we offer three different residences to suit your accommodation needs, as well as many amenities on the estate to add even more fun to your vacation! We are a four-season retreat and are available to book year-round. Our Main House comes with three bedrooms, one of which is a large and luxurious suite with a private bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate six adults
, with a large kitchen and dining area as well as common living space for relaxation at home. One bedroom is a two-level turret with direct access to the roof terrace and 360-degree views of the ocean to the north and the mountains to the southeast. All three bedrooms have a private balcony. The Guest House has two bedrooms (a master bedroom and a bunk room) and can comfortably accommodate four adults or two adults and three children under the age of 12 with an added rollaway cot. There is a sizeable kitchen and dining area, and plenty of space on the veranda for dining outdoors. The Garden Suite is a ground-level spacious apartment with three bedrooms, each configurable to host either a single adult, a couple, or a group of up to four individual travelers. With an additional fold-out bed in the living room, the Garden Suite can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. One bathroom has a spacious stone shower and a luxurious soaking tub, and the second bathroom has a high-capacity laundry and full shower. The kitchen is large and well-suited to preparing meals for big groups, and the dining area can seat up to 14. The living room has a large sectional couch and entertainment center for enjoying group movie nights! ALL THREE RESIDENCES have access to common verandas, yard space for outdoor games, and -- most importantly -- the plunging pool! Our pool is the perfect way to cool off after a day in the sun, and includes an infinity fall into a kiddie pool for the smallest travelers in your group. Additionally, we can provide recreational equipment including but not limited to bicycles, a croquet set, kayaks, and snorkel gear. We even have a ping-pong table!
