HELLENIC MENSA ANNUAL GATHERING – HMAG 2026 PROGRAM AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Mensa Greece invites you to its members’ Annual Gathering HMAG 2026!!!
After nine highly successful meetings in the previous years, HMAG 2026 will take place from Thursday May 7 to Sunday May 10, 2026, in Preveza. Hellenic Mensa Annual Gathering 2026 acquires an international character with the participation of Mensans from other countries as well!
The program includes excursions to Lefkada, Parga, various activities on Acheron River as well as visits to the archaeological site of Nicopolis, Koronisia and the wetlands of the Amvrakikos Gulf. In addition, as always, we will make new acquaintances and have fun with the demanding treasure hunt and board game tournaments.

Thursday May 7

Friday May 8

09:00 – 10:30 | Departure for Zalongo and the Monument of the Women of Souli
10:30 – 13:30 | Visit to the Acheron River. Optional activities: rafting, horseback riding, canoe–kayak, archery, cycling
13:30 – 19:00 | Departure for the picturesque Parga (optional swimming – lunch – visit to the Castle) – Free time
19:00 – 22:00 | Return to Preveza – Free time for dinner and strolling
22:00 – 02:00 | Board games – Tournaments / Entertainment
Saturday May 9
08:00 – 09:00 | Breakfast
09:00 – 12:00 | Departure for Lefkada, visit to the town of Lefkada
12:00 – 15:00 | Visit to Agios Nikitas, optional swimming – Lunch – return to town
17:00 – 19:30 | Return to Preveza – free time to explore the town

19:30 – 21:00 | Treasure Hunt
21:30 – 23:30 | Gala Dinner at a local restaurant and presentation of commemorative medals for the Treasure Hunt
Sunday May 10

12:00 – 16:30 | Departure for Koronisia, the wetlands of the Amvrakikos Gulf – Lunch or coffee

In order to participate in the Annual Gathering, registration is required by completing the special registration form and by paying in advance the participation fee: 60 €/person for members and 70 €/person for non-members.
The participation fee per person includes in detail:
• Organizational expenses
• Delegate folder
• Saturday’s Gala Dinner
• Participation in the treasure hunt
• Guided tours
• Memorabilia
• Accommodation:
The organization has secured a number of rooms at the Preveza City Comfort Hotel (Preveza).
For three nights (per person) with breakfast, at the Alex Hotel (Tripoli), the prices are as follows:
Single room: 170 euros
Double room: 100 euros
Triple room: 75 euros
• Coach: A coach is chartered which will transport us all the way from Athens. The coach costs 65 euros.
If you want to move by coach only in Acheron River, Parga and Lefkada area (Friday and Saturday), it costs 30 euros, as long as there are free seats.

For a valid registration, the deposit must be made by Friday April 3, 2026, by depositing the participation fee into ALPHA BANK's bank account:
IBAN: GR64 0140 2130 2130 0232 0001 485, or by cash deposit at our offices. (The applicant should pay extra any bank transfer commission surcharges).
