Navarino Outdoors is part of the Premium Holiday Destination Costa Navarino. We offer high quality outdoor experiences in Messinia, Peloponnese. For our team we are looking for experienced cycling and hiking guides.

Duties
Prepare, execute and follow up cycling tours - road cycling, gravel biking, bike trekking (family cycling). Support bike mechanics if needed. Guest Relations and Sales.

Qualifications
Communication: You must speak English fluently (mandatory) and German (preferable). You are a good story teller and you know how to handle a group of up to 15 people. You like to work with children and you are open to different life styles and cultural habits. You are kind, friendly and charismatic.

Passion: You are passionate for the great outdoors, in general, and cycling specifically. You have basic technical skills and you are interested in history, culture and nature.

Team spirit: You are a responsible team player, flexible and fast thinker. You support your colleagues and care for a good atmosphere at work. You seek to improve the performance of the team.

EXOsports is looking for an intelligent, motivated seasonal bicycle technician for assembly, maintenance, repair and sales. Preferably with bicycle experience, who is passionate about bikes & cycling.

The job involves working at EXOcycle, our bike shop in Kyparissia, and Navarino Outdoors, our bike rental and tours department in Costa Navarino.

Eager to learn about all mechanical and electronic drivetrain systems and hydraulic braking systems as well as suspension expertise.

Bicycle shop experience, and Customer services skills are a plus but also required good knowledge of computer skills and English or German.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are part of the bike rental department of Navarino Outdoors. Daily bike maintenance and service will be your main occupation. You hand out rental bicycles to our guest and assist them with the fitting. At EXOcycle, our bike shop, you basically run the shop: customer care, bike service, bike & accessories sale, office.

Bike Technician wanted!

EXOsports is looking for an intelligent, motivated seasonal bicycle technician for assembly, maintenance, repair and sales. Preferably with bicycle experience, who is passionate about bikes & cycling.

The job involves working at EXOcycle, our bike shop in Kyparissia, and Navarino Outdoors, our bike rental and tours department in Costa Navarino.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Repair, check, and fix bikes following EXOsports standards.

Prepare bikes on time for tours and other deadlines

Take notes of all the works done on bikes + update the database.

Keep the inventory of the workshop updated.

Keep the bench and the workshop clean.

Provide feedback about bicycles and be a part of the mechanic and office team

Deliver bicycles to rental customers in Costa Navarino

Be customer service oriented and personable as you are the face of our company when you deliver rental bicycles.

Assist with related material (such as bicycle accessories, tools, tour preparation materials) and inventory management as needed.

The seasonal nature of this job means that here will be times when we will work longer hours with the opportunity to take additional days and hours off at other times.

BICYCLE MECHANIC SKILLS

Bicycles assembly, maintenance and repair or eager to learn about all mechanical and electronic drivetrain systems and hydraulic braking systems as well as suspension expertise, (besides the usual knowledge about a bicycle, we require the following skills:

Wheel building

Crank arm replacement

Change derailleurs

Headset overhaul

Changing brakes, brake levers and shifter levers

Changing all kinds of cables

Limit screws adjustment (both derailleurs)

Center brakes

Chain check, replacement
