Navarino Outdoors is part of the Premium Holiday Destination Costa Navarino. We offer high quality outdoor experiences in Messinia, Peloponnese. For our team we are looking for experienced cycling and hiking guides.
Duties
Prepare, execute and follow up cycling tours - road cycling, gravel biking, bike trekking (family cycling). Support bike mechanics if needed. Guest Relations and Sales.
Qualifications
Communication: You must speak English fluently (mandatory) and German (preferable). You are a good story teller and you know how to handle a group of up to 15 people. You like to work with children and you are open to different life styles and cultural habits. You are kind, friendly and charismatic.
Passion: You are passionate for the great outdoors, in general, and cycling specifically. You have basic technical skills and you are interested in history, culture and nature.
Team spirit: You are a responsible team player, flexible and fast thinker. You support your colleagues and care for a good atmosphere at work. You seek to improve the performance of the team.
