The seaside Villa Rosa, recently renovated, combines both classic and modern architectural elements. Located in Chrani Messinia, 35 km from the county capital, Kalamata and just 40 meters from the beach - sea. Spread over an area of 2 acres with rich Mediterranean flowers and trees. It has a spacious kitchen with many electrical appliances (stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, coffee mak

er, etc.) as well as a spacious lounge with large TV and fireplace for cold evenings. The bedrooms are two: one with a king-size bed and one with 2 single beds semi. The unique point is the attic, which also has a single bed, desk and a mattress. The terrace is spacious with a cot. "Unique part" of the villa is the private beach with many sunbeds to enjoy and relax during the hot days of summer and swim in the clear water. Note, also, that there is a large grill for barbeque evenings.
