Nostalgia (former Huize Lidy) is a traditional Greek house located on the mountain village of Katouna. It is located just 7 minutes from the closest beach and 14 minutes from the bustling seaside town of Lefkada. The village is home to a café/bar as well as 2 tavernas which offer traditional as well as modern takes on Greek food, all just a 3 minute walk from the Property. The house consists of tw
o separate apartments, the top floor apartment called ‘Lydia’ and the ground floor apartment called ‘Anastasia.’ Both boasting a gorgeous view of the mountains off the back of the property. Both ‘Lydia’ and ‘Anastasia’ consist of a living room with two sofas which can be converted into beds to sleep the 3rd and 4th guests. There is an open kitchen as well as a bedroom with a double bed. You will also find a bathroom with a toilet and shower. For those that love spending time outside, both apartments have a private terrace area with a table and chairs. ‘Lydia’ also has a balcony overlooking the mountains. Both apartments have air conditioning as well as access to free Wi-Fi. The apartments are cleaned as well as having the linens and towels changed 2 times per week. In the exotic garden area, you will find a pool with sunbeds where you can enjoy the wonderful Greek sun while being surrounded by the olive and cypress trees. You will also find a barbeque area with a large table that can accommodate all guests.
